How To Use Focus & Calm
- Children 3-11 years: Take one drop per age year of child in a little water 2-3 times daily.

I have been using this for my very overstimulated and busy 3 year old who will be 4 next month it’s not working as well as I expected and this is week 4 of using it, I’m not sure if I am using the wrong product or if I’m just being impatient.

While Focus & Calm helps many children achieve better concentration and mental calm, BrightSpark is usually recommended for children who need support with hyperactivity and restlessness.
